This notice governs access to and use of the website www.worklog-tracker.com and its pages. Whoever browses it is a user and accepts this notice; if they do not agree, they must refrain from using the website.

This notice does not govern the WorkLogTracker application. Its subscription and use, including in the web version served from this site, are governed by the Terms of Use and Subscription, which prevail in what they regulate.

Access to the website is free of charge, apart from the cost of the connection, and does not require registration. Whoever uses it undertakes to do so in good faith and in accordance with the law, and in particular not to:

• damage, overload or impair the operation of the website or its systems, or introduce viruses or any harmful code;
• attempt to access restricted areas or third-party data, or circumvent the security measures;
• submit through the forms false data or the data of other persons without their authorisation;
• use the website or its content for unlawful purposes or purposes that harm RMTracker S.L. or third parties.

RMTracker S.L. may deny access to anyone who breaches this notice, without prejudice to any legal action that may apply.

The website publishes information on working-time recording and other employment obligations in Spain, Mexico and Portugal, indicative templates, savings calculations and comparisons. They are prepared with care and reviewed, but they are general and informational in nature:

• they are not legal advice and do not replace that of a professional who knows the specific case;
• legislation changes and may be interpreted differently depending on the collective agreement, the sector or the competent authority, so the current version should be checked in the official sources;
• the calculators offer estimates based on the data entered, not guaranteed results.

RMTracker S.L. is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of that information.

The content of the website —texts, designs, logos, icons, images, screenshots, source code and software— and the distinctive signs WorkLogTracker and RMTracker Solutions belong to RMTracker S.L. or to third parties who have authorised their use.

It is permitted to view, print and save them for personal use or to assess internally the subscription to the service. It is prohibited to reproduce, distribute, transform or communicate them publicly for other purposes without prior written authorisation, as well as to remove or circumvent the notices and protection measures they incorporate.

The third-party trademarks mentioned, such as those of the app stores or the payment gateway, belong to their owners. If you believe that any content infringes your rights, write to legal@rmtrackersolutions.com and it will be reviewed.

The website includes links to third-party sites, such as the app stores, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) or the official gazettes. RMTracker S.L. does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy policies. If it detects that a link leads to unlawful content, it will remove it as soon as it has actual knowledge of it, in accordance with Article 17 of the LSSI-CE.

Whoever wishes to link to this website may do so to its home page or to any other page, provided that they do not reproduce its content on their own site, do not imply a relationship with RMTracker S.L. that does not exist and do not make false statements about the service.

RMTracker S.L. endeavours to keep the website available and working properly, and serves it encrypted (HTTPS), but does not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted or error-free. It may suspend it for maintenance, for security or for external causes, and modify or remove content without prior notice.

Nor is it liable for damages arising from use of the website contrary to this notice, from failures of the user's networks or equipment, or from actions of third parties that it cannot reasonably control. Nothing in the foregoing limits liability in cases where the law does not permit it to be limited.

The personal data provided through the website, for example when requesting a demonstration or the deletion of an account, is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. What the website stores in the browser is explained in the Cookie Policy, and how information is protected, in the Security Policy.

This notice may be updated to adapt it to changes in the website or in the law. The current version is the one published on this page, with its version number and its effective date.

This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute concerning the use of the website, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of Málaga, unless the user is a consumer, in which case the court corresponding to their place of residence in accordance with the law shall have jurisdiction.
