Your Data
Delete your WorkLogTracker account
WorkLogTracker is an application by RMTracker S.L. Here we explain how to request account deletion and which data is erased or retained.
How to request deletion
Fill out this form with the email address you use to access the app. We will email you to confirm the request is yours and notify you once deletion is complete.
You can also write to legal@rmtrackersolutions.com from that same email address.
If you are an employee
Your clock-ins, work reports, and absences belong to your employer's records, and your employer is the controller of that data. You can ask them directly to remove your account; if you contact us, we will forward the request to your employer.
What is deleted and what is retained
- Account: your access and account details are deleted. Data that must be retained by statutory obligation is blocked rather than erased.
- Working-time record: the company must keep it for the period set by labor law (four years in Spain), available to the workforce, their representatives and the labor authority.
- Work reports, incidents, and absences: retained during the statutory limitation periods for any actions that may arise.
- Billing information: for the retention periods required by commercial and tax legislation.
